Don't Just Take Our Word For It

Cooper'sDip has been welcoming guests since 2018.

This page is dedicated to some of the reviews left in the cottage by our previous guests.

We've had a great week exploring this beautiful area.  We have enjoyed your wonderful Cooper's Dip, and believe you've thought of everything.  Many thanks,

A relaxing stay in this delightful cottage.  Love the lovingly displayed antiques and many thanks from us. Thank-you from Sam the dog for the dog necessity basket.  The walking from the cottage is wonderful, as has been the wether.  The walled garden is a haven.  Hopefully we will return.

diolch yn fawr iawn (thank-you)

Thank-you very much for letting us stay here it was in the perfect location for any and all of the watersports in Wales.  We've had a lovely time.

A family August 2018

Beautifully styled cottage that has a wonderful rustic charm.  We found our stay very comfortable and we had everything we needed.  Cooper's Dip holiday cottage is really well though out and even the smallest detail has been considered.  We discovered some amazing coastal walks and widelife.  We will be returning for sure.

Bech Family - July 2018

Fabulous location and great weather.  We've had a wonderful week enjoying walks, surfing and the glorious beaches.  Loved Broadhaven South, Freshwater Wet and crabbing Lawrenny Quay

Shipley Family - July 2018

Glorious wether and glorious location, could easily spend the fortnight without using the car.  Very peaceful get away.  Especially enjoyed cliff top walks.  Further afield enjoyed the Botanic Gardens and Dan-Yr-Ogaf caves.

Baird Family - June 2018

Had a great week.  Very comfortable accommodation.  Beautiful beaches and walk.  No rain at all during our stay.  Washing to do some fishing but unfortunately was end of the season.

My husband and I stayed at Cooper's Dip Holiday Cottage this week and have had the most brilliant time! We have absolutely loved the cottage - really comfortable and homely and really hope to stay again.  It's location is perfect, the Stackpole National Trust Estate, and is beautiful.  We have been so lucky with the weather and have enjoyed days on the beach - Barafundle and Broadhaven South, some great walks and lovely food at Stackpole Inn! This is our first time exploring this part of Pembrokeshire Coast and 100% will be back! The perfect get away!

HR - May 2018

2 years since we last visited the area and it's just as lovely as we remembered.  Everyone love's Barafundle beach but Broadhaven South is our favourite. Weather has been kind so lots of miles covered on sections of the coastal path.  Cottage more rustic than our norm but can't beat the location. Stackpole Inn fabulous, Stackpole Quay tea room great pit stop and St Govan's Inn less gourmet but good special board.

AP couple - April 2018

Location, location, location! The most beautiful estate with such diversity and extremely comfortable accommodation. Most enjoyable week.

Pugh Family - April 2018

Beautiful interior design and thoughtful touches.

AL - April 2018

An absolute gem! Gorgeous local Welsh furnishing, beautiful personal touches, modern kitchen, cozy log burner, 3 comfortable bedrooms, quiet spacious garden, cute doggie welcome basket! We wanted somewhere comfortable to switch off and relax with easy access to roaming dog walks. Stackpole Cottage could not have suited us better.

JM & family - March 2018

The cottage was perfect for 2 and we enjoyed walking in all directions. Although it was bitterly cold outside we were snug and warm with the fire.

ML - February 2018

Cooper’s dip is a beautiful cottage. It is warm and cosy, and very comfortable and stylishly decorated, with everything you could possibly want from a holiday place. The location is absolutely fantastic too - there are lots of wonderful walks or runs from the doorstep - including short, beautiful walks to the best two beaches in Pembrokeshire, Barafundle and Broad haven. There are lovely pubs and cafes within easy walking distance, and lots to explore close by. Sarah has thoughtfully considered all her guests needs, and there is a lovely little garden and pretty views across the fields. Our children were instantly comfortable, and the main open plan living/dining/kitchen area is great for families. We had a really brilliant time.

Kate & Family - February 2018

We stayed at Coopers Dip to celebrate my 40th birthday with my husband, toddler and dog. The cottage is located in a stunning location within the Stackpole Estate. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks through the woodland, across lakes and to the beach. The cottage itself was homely and we were very cosy in front of the fire. It had everything you needed and Sarah even left an essential kit for our dog! We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to escape and explore what the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast has to offer. Thank you - we will be back again!

Oakes Family- February 2018

We stayed in November and Coopers Dip has a very homely, cosy atmosphere and is the perfect place to unwind and explore the beautiful coastline of South Pembrokeshire. The cottage is on the Stackpole National Trust Estate and it’s surroundings is truly wonderful. We had an amazing week checking out the local area, we went on several local walks and walked to the stunning Barafundle Bay and Broadhaven beach onto the costal path via the Lilly ponds. There are suggested walks and maps in the cottage which was handy. We were lucky with the weather as it did not rain, we had the log fire going in the evening and it was like a home from home stay with the Sky TV! The cottage is just like the pics - interesting things to look at, stylish and full of character and charm. The king bed was comfy and we slept so well, there was no traffic or light pollution and we even saw a shooting star. Sarah has thought of every finishing touch such as comfy seating, books, board games and all the kitchen necessities one would want. This is a gem of a place and I will be recommending this to all my friends & family, its a perfect retreat for couples or family.
